WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COACHING

Utilization of evidence-based clinical practices (Cognitive Behavioral) to support weight loss. 

*Weight Loss Coaching is Private Pay only.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT THERAPY

Utilization of evidence-based interventions in the treatment of clinical diagnosis.

GOAL SUPPORT SESSION

Sessions solely focused on setting and achieving goals. These sessions are intended for those without a clinical diagnosis who would like the support of a clinician utilizing evidence-based interventions in goal setting and achievement. 

*Due to not treating a clinical diagnosis these sessions are not reimbursed by insurance and are only Private Pay eligible. Diagnostic Assessment is not needed.

CONSULTATION AND FIDELITY REVIEW

Kacie is an expert in the implementation of the evidence-based practice; Assertive Community Treatment (ACT). Having worked a the Policy Lead of ACT for the state of Minnesota, working with various roles within ACT Teams (Team Leader, Therapist, Integrated Dual Diagnosis Specialist, Generalist), and being trained by the developers of the Tool for Measurement of Assertive Community Treatment (TMACT), implementing and completing the use of TMACT within a state wide setting; Kacie can be a resource in the development and alignment of ACT teams to the evidence-based practice of ACT. 

Providers of ACT desiring support in implementation (direct or policy) of ACT services and/or completion of the (TMACT) may reach out for additional services and pricing.

Kacie enjoys supporting adults and teenagers, through use of evidence-based models, achieve clarity and success in their wellness goals. Kacie specializes in anxiety, depression, perinatal, life transitions, weight loss, sexual health, and is a national expert in serious mental illness interventions.
